speaks directly to each customer and is extremely committed to
understanding and exceeding your expectations. Every job, whether its an
ornamental part or a high precision aerospace component is processed the
same way. The entire process is layed out and
entered into our Shop Management Software. Once a Purchase Order is awarded
a Bar-coded Router is generated and stays with the job from incoming material
through shipping of final product. Each step of the process goes through
our Quality Department where a complete documented First Article Inspection
and an In-Process Control Plan are created insuring every facet of the
process is being monitored and documented. We continue to re-invest in our
equipment so that we can continue to provide our customers the highest
quality parts at the best possible price. We recently relocated to a larger
Climate Controlled facility, replaced/upgraded one of our Machining Centers, and a new Turning Center. The entire staff of TK Machine
looks forward to fulfilling your precision machining requirements and
